Title And Summary
Manager, Business Administration
The Global Business Solutions Center is a team of 1,200+ professionals that deliver services and solutions to all Mastercard business units and regions. Our scope ranges from payroll and accounting to sophisticated automation solutions and process redesigns.
We are looking for a Culture Program Manager to lead the GBSC Culture Network. You will influence and inspire a global community of employees, volunteers, and leaders while driving programs that enhance employee engagement, learning and development, onboarding, and social impact.
The Ideal Candidate Has
Proven ability to inspire, influence, and mobilize people around cultural activities across functions and geographies without direct authority
Experience with internal communications, event planning, and project management within a global organization
Strong partnering skills with senior leaders and executive stakeholders
Passion for building exceptional employee experiences and workplace culture
Experience managing cross-functional programs in a matrixed organization
In This Role, You Will
Lead the GBSC Culture Network, including volunteer recruitment, governance, planning, and success measurement across committees
Drive culture initiatives that support employee engagement, onboarding, learning and development, and social impact
Partner with committee leaders, sponsors, and subject matter experts to develop and execute programs globally
Create compelling communications and presentations that promote culture, drive participation, and showcase impact
Track participation and engagement metrics, analyze employee feedback, and recommend improvements
Support town halls, panel discussions, and other internal communications events
Align GBSC culture initiatives with broader Mastercard priorities and serve as a GBSC culture ambassador internally and externally
All About You
Experience leading culture, employee engagement, internal communications, or employee experience programs
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics and influence diverse audiences
Excellent project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into meaningful recommendations
Skilled storyteller with an eye for visual communications
Strong relationship builder who collaborates effectively across organizational levels
Detail oriented, innovative, and continually seeking new ways to improve employee experience through process improvements, automation, and AI
Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
