You'll take ownership of work that gives us our competitive edge, including:
Deliver and optimise CRM campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring timely execution, accuracy, and a great customer experience.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and use insights to improve engagement, retention, and commercial outcomes.
Work closely with design and marketing teams to develop compelling campaign content and customer journeys.
Manage CRM-related customer queries and support the resolution of campaign or promotional issues.
Ensure all CRM activity complies with regulatory requirements, responsible gambling standards, and data protection policies.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate workflows, and enhance the effectiveness of our CRM operations
Contribute to strategic CRM initiatives, including lifecycle programmes, segmentation strategies, and customer retention projects.

2+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, marketing automation, or a related customer engagement role.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to QA complex campaigns and customer journeys.
Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for reporting, analysis, and campaign evaluation.
Strong understanding of CRM metrics, customer engagement principles, and retention strategies.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently within a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Commercial awareness and the ability to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimisation.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across marketing, design, customer service, compliance, and analytics teams
