Raccordo con il coordinatore sanitario ed il team domiciliare
Are you a MATCH?
Laurea in Medicina e Chirurgia e relativa iscrizione all'Ordine dei Medici Chirurghi.
Specializzazione in Geriatria.
Patente di guida B e disponibilità a spostamenti nell'area territoriale assegnata (Crema, Cremona e comuni limitrofi).
Attitudine al lavoro in équipe multidisciplinare e spiccate capacità relazionali con pazienti fragili e famiglie.
Abilitazione all'Esercizio della Professione Medica
Iscrizione all’Ordine dei Medici Chirurghi e Odontoiatri
