Role Description The nCino Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform with a focus on nCino for banking and financial services clients. This full-time, on-site role is based in the Pune Division and involves configuring and customizing Salesforce and nCino modules, building and maintaining Lightning Web Components and Visualforce pages, and integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems. The developer will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and QA teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensure adherence to best practices, and support deployment activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving issues, optimizing performance, maintaining documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement of development standards and processes. The role also requires staying current with Salesforce and nCino releases to recommend enhancements that improve functionality and user experience.
Qualifications
Strong Salesforce.com Development skills, including Apex programming and core Salesforce.com configuration.
Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components and Visualforce Pages for custom UI development.
Proficiency in Salesforce.com Administration, including user management, security, workflows, and automation.
Practical experience working with nCino on the Salesforce platform, preferably in banking or financial services.
Knowledge of integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools) and experience connecting Salesforce with external systems.
Understanding of software development lifecycles, DevOps practices, and version control tools (e.g., Git).
Ability to analyze business requirements, create technical designs, and produce clear documentation.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at different levels.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator) are an advantage.
