Lead - TTU Maintenance

Maintenance Operations
Lead maintenance activities across TTU manufacturing operations including welding, rolling, fit-up, blasting, painting, material handling, and utility systems.
Ensure maximum machine uptime and uninterrupted production through effective maintenance planning and execution.
Drive preventive, predictive, breakdown, and shutdown maintenance programs.
Develop and monitor maintenance KPIs and ensure achievement of plant targets.
Asset Reliability & Equipment Management
Establish equipment reliability programs to improve machine performance and lifecycle.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for critical equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
Lead condition monitoring initiatives and predictive maintenance practices.
Maintain asset history records and equipment documentation.
Team Leadership
Lead and develop a team of maintenance managers, engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
Build technical capability through training and skill development programs.
Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
Production Support
Collaborate with production, quality, planning, and EHS teams to meet manufacturing commitments.
Ensure timely restoration of equipment during breakdowns.
Support installation, commissioning, and stabilization of new equipment and technology upgrades.
Safety, Quality & Compliance
Ensure compliance with EHS standards, statutory requirements, and corporate maintenance procedures.
Drive implementation of safe maintenance practices including LOTO and permit systems.
Support quality improvement initiatives by ensuring equipment capability and process stability.
Cost & Budget Management
Prepare and manage annual maintenance budgets.
Optimize maintenance costs through effective spares management and vendor development.
Drive energy conservation and utility optimization initiatives.
Continuous Improvement
Implement TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and reliability improvement projects.
Lead digitization and maintenance automation initiatives.
Benchmark best maintenance practices across manufacturing plants.
Vendor & Contractor Management
Manage maintenance service providers and OEMs.
Monitor contractor performance, compliance, and service quality.
Negotiate annual service contracts and maintenance support agreements.
