[What the role is]
As an Estate Manager (Housing Eligibility Planning), you will develop and enhance IT systems and e-services to support operational efficiency and digital initiatives for flat purchase processes. You may also rotate into a customer relations role, handling HDB flat transactions, credit assessments, and financial counselling. We are looking for an analytical, organised team player with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset.
[What you will be working on]
Your responsibilities include developing, administering, and reviewing systems and e-services, to support operational efficiency and drive customer service excellence. You will be involved in planning, formulating, and implementing new business IT solutions, as well as enhancing the existing portal and systems, to support the implementation of new/ revised policies, digital initiatives and streamlined flat purchase processes and procedures.
During your employment, you may also be rotated to take on the role of a customer relations manager, to deliver quality services to applicants and residents of HDB flats. During then, you will be involved in the administration and processing of the sale or resale transactions of HDB flats; or conduct credit assessment, financial counselling, and assessment of re-housing benefits. Your duties will include the day-to-day interaction with applicants/residents, solicitors and relevant agencies.
[What we are looking for]
You should possess critical thinking and analytical skills, have good organisational and project management skills, and be a good team player with excellent interpersonal skills. You should also possess a customer-service mindset and the ability to establish rapport with people at all levels.
Successful candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract.
