AI Architect – ERP Integration and Agentic AI
Our Enterprise Performance team helps organizations modernize and extend enterprise platforms by embedding cloud-native artificial intelligence into core business processes. As an AI Architect focused on ERP ecosystems such as SAP, Oracle, and Workday, you will design secure, scalable, and governed AI solutions that integrate with enterprise systems of record, automate complex workflows, and enable intelligent decision support across finance, supply chain, order to cash, procurement and operations.
Position Summary
Level: Manager AI Architect
We are looking to hire Architect who can bring strong cloud and AI architecture experience, preferably with prior exposure to ERP landscapes such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping AI architecture, solutioning ERP-integrated AI use cases, and guiding engineering teams from concept through production deployment.
Work you'll do
As an AI Architect on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for:
Design and implement scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS and Agentic AI architectures.
Architect end-to-end intelligent platforms using AWS services and modern AI frameworks to support business, product, and ERP transformation objectives.
Design solutions using AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, IAM, CloudWatch, and related cloud-native capabilities.
Build and deploy Agentic AI systems incorporating Large Language Models, multi-agent orchestration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, vector databases, knowledge graphs, and AI workflow automation.
Define architecture patterns for autonomous agents, agent collaboration, tool integration, memory management, reasoning workflows, and human-in-the-loop controls.
Lead integration of AI capabilities into closed ERP ecosystems such as SAP, Oracle, and Workday using APIs, middleware, event-driven architecture, secure connectors, and approved integration patterns.
Solution AI use cases for ERP processes including finance, procurement, supply chain, order management, project operations, human capital, reporting, controls, reconciliations, and exception handling.
Establish AI and cloud architecture standards covering observability, monitoring, cost optimization, model governance, data security, auditability, and responsible AI practices.
Design and implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK to enable automated, repeatable, and governed deployments.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, ERP functional, Integration, Security, and DevOps teams to deliver production-ready cloud and AI solutions.

As enterprise platforms evolve from systems of record into intelligent, AI-enabled systems of action, our team combines ERP domain knowledge, cloud architecture, integration engineering, and applied AI to help clients modernize business processes responsibly and at scale. The AI Architect will play a key role in shaping reusable patterns that bring AI into closed ERP environments while maintaining security, governance, compliance, and operational reliability.
Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai
Shift Timings: As per business and project requirements, including overlap with client and global teams as needed.
Qualifications
Required:
8+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture, cloud architecture, AI/ML architecture, integration architecture, or comparable technology roles.
Hands-on experience designing Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using Large Language Models, prompt engineering, reasoning workflows, tool calling, orchestration frameworks, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, vector databases, and knowledge graphs.
Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture on AWS, including compute, storage, messaging, eventing, security, networking, monitoring, and deployment automation.
Experience integrating AI and digital solutions with enterprise applications or closed ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar systems.
Working knowledge of API-led integration, middleware, event-driven architecture, secure data exchange, identity and access management, and enterprise integration patterns.
Ability to define architecture blueprints, solution patterns, technical designs, non-functional requirements, and implementation roadmaps for production-grade AI platforms.
Experience with responsible AI, model governance, data privacy, auditability, observability, monitoring, and operational support for enterprise AI solutions.
Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language such as Python, Java, or JavaScript, and familiarity with DevOps and Infrastructure as Code practices.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures and communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, or a related field.
Preferred:
Prior experience in ERP or solutioning AI solutions for ERP use cases across SAP, Oracle, Workday, or comparable enterprise platforms.
Experience with SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP AI capabilities, Oracle Cloud applications, Oracle Integration Cloud, or Workday integration patterns.
Experience with AI frameworks and platforms such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, OpenAI-compatible APIs, or similar tools.
Experience designing ERP use cases involving intelligent assistants, process automation, document processing, exception management, knowledge search, forecasting, recommendations, reconciliations, or workflow copilots.
Experience building production-grade LLMOps, MLOps, monitoring, evaluation, guardrails, and cost-management capabilities for enterprise AI deployments.
Relevant cloud, AI, integration, SAP, Oracle, or architecture certifications.
