Core Objective
Drive B2B sales and product specifications across upcoming residential and commercial projects in the Coimbatore region.
Key Responsibilities
Spec Generation: Present products to Architects, Builders, Interior Designers, and Contractors to get products specified in active projects.
Pipeline Management: Track upcoming real estate projects from design phase through execution to closing deals.
Relationship Building: Network with key industry decision-makers to build long-term repeat business.
Territory Coverage: Travel extensively across Coimbatore and surrounding hubs for on-site meetings and pitch presentations.
Key Requirements
Experience: Mandatory prior background in Plywood, Laminates, Tiles, Hardware, or Building Materials.
Network: Established relationships with Coimbatore-based Architects, Designers, and Builders.
Languages: Proficiency in Tamil and English.
Education: Graduate with high field mobility and a strong sales focus.
