HR Recruiter – Talent Acquisition
**Locations:**
📍 **Mumbai:** Charkop, Kandivali West – Sector 5
📍 **Bangalore:** Hosur Road, Munireddy Layout – 560068
**Experience:** 6 months minimum
**Work Mode:** Work from Office
**Working Days:** Monday–Friday
**Timings:** 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
**Salary:** ₹15,000–₹17,000/month
### Key Responsibilities
* Handle basic **end-to-end recruitment**.
* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
* Screen candidates and conduct initial HR calls.
* Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
* Manage offers and joining follow-ups.
* Maintain candidate database, trackers, and recruitment reports.
### Requirements
* 6+ months of recruitment experience.
* Good communication and sourcing skills.
* Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
* Good follow-up and coordination skills.
* Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
* Target-oriented and willing to learn.
