What you will do
Provide Technical Security Engineering support on client site.
Be able to diagnose technical security equipment faults against the contractual SLA’s
Undertake PPM and provide evidence against agreed timescales.
Request assistance as required for additional vendor Technical Support.
Order and arrange timely delivery of critical spares relating to service calls.
The ability to produce a high standard of report writing and documentation
Maintain central archive of site documentation and asset register information.
Collate management information for monthly and weekly meetings and reports.
Maintain and update records for PPM Schedules.
Request the issue of Risk Assessments and Method Statements from the internal team H&S Manager and or Account Manager.
Provide assistance and Information as required for BAU quotations.
Oversee and supervise third party contractors providing services on the client sites
Availability for some out of hours & weekend working as and when required.

Work alongside other engineers based at the client sites.
To carry out duties in accordance with the company and client’s health and safety policy and procedures.
Adhere to company and client Equality and Environmental policies.
How you will do it
Provide excellent Customer Service to exceed the expectations and requirements of the customer whilst, establishing and maintaining effective relationships.
To Service the appropriate devices, working safely and responsibly to avoid injuries, damage to property, and the loss of unused materials.
Ensuring your time is managed efficiently and jobs are prioritised correctly.
Correctly complete Engineer work reports, handover certificates/BSIA Certificates or checklist as appropriate.
What we look for
Must have detailed technical experience with installing, maintaining and commissioning C-Cure 9000 and be trained to level 3.
Must have experience installing, maintaining and commissioning CCTV systems and servers, preferably Avigilon.
Must have experience with installing, maintaining and commissioning Honeywell Galaxy intruder equipment.
A working knowledge of industry standard security equipment and systems including turnstiles, speed lanes, intercom systems, perimeter detection and radio systems.
Have experience with undertaking planned preventative maintenance and project works on technical security systems.
Have a good working knowledge of network infrastructure, servers, IT systems and patching.
Be available to work a shift pattern, which will include either 07.00 – 15.00 or 08.00 – 16.00
