Senior Microsoft Content Executive

Job Purpose
The Microsoft Content Executive is responsible for developing compelling content and messaging that communicates the TD SYNNEX Microsoft value proposition to partners across Europe.
Working across Microsoft solution areas including Microsoft 365, Copilot, Azure, Security, Data & AI, Modern Work, and Business Applications, the role transforms complex technologies and business priorities into clear, engaging, and commercially relevant content that supports partner recruitment, enablement, adoption, and growth.
Working closely with Business Units, Country Marketing teams, Microsoft stakeholders, agencies, and subject matter experts, this role combines strategic messaging ownership with hands-on content creation and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Value Proposition & Messaging
• Develop and evolve the Microsoft and TD SYNNEX partner value proposition across key solution areas.
• Translate Microsoft technologies, programmes, and priorities into clear and relevant partner messaging.
• Articulate the unique value TD SYNNEX brings through enablement, services, support, marketplace capabilities, demand generation, and operational expertise.
• Create messaging frameworks, campaign narratives, and content that differentiate TD SYNNEX and support business growth.
Content Strategy & Development
• Develop content that supports partner acquisition, activation, enablement, adoption, retention, and growth.
• Create, edit, and maintain content across digital campaigns, websites, email journeys, presentations, webinars, social media, sales enablement assets, and partner communications.
• Convert technical and commercial information into engaging, audience-focused content.
• Ensure content quality, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.
Campaign Activation & Performance
• Partner with campaign and digital marketing teams to deliver integrated content across the customer journey.
• Tailor messaging for different partner audiences and growth stages.
• Use campaign performance insights to continuously optimize content and messaging.
• Manage content priorities and delivery across multiple initiatives.
European Collaboration & Governance
• Act as the central content expert for Microsoft marketing initiatives across Europe.
• Support localisation while maintaining messaging consistency and brand alignment.
• Develop content guidelines, templates, and message libraries.
• Coordinate with agencies and stakeholders to ensure high-quality content delivery.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Essential
• 3-5 years' experience in content marketing, copywriting, communications, digital marketing, or B2B marketing.
• Excellent English writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
• Experience creating content across multiple digital and campaign channels.
• Ability to simplify complex or technical concepts into clear business-focused messaging.
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Experience working in an international or matrixed environment.
Preferred
• Experience within Microsoft technologies or the broader IT industry.
• Understanding of Channel, Distribution, Partner Marketing, or B2B technology marketing.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Azure, Security, Modern Work, Data & AI, and Business Applications.
