Key Responsibilities
Conduct product and process quality inspections.
Review engineering drawings and customer requirements.
Handle non-conformances and customer complaints.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Support First Article Inspection (FAI) activities as per AS9102.
Ensure compliance with AS9100 quality standards.
Participate in internal and external quality audits.
Monitor quality KPIs and drive improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with suppliers to resolve quality issues.
Prepare and maintain quality records and reports.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related Engineering field.
3-8 years of experience in Quality Engineering within Aerospace or Precision Manufacturing.
Knowledge of: AS9100AS9102 FAIGD&TRoot Cause Analysis (8D, 5 Why)Quality tools and inspection techniques
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
