About The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) Commercial Lines. The role involves bridging business and technology teams, translating insurance requirements into effective product configurations and technical solutions, and driving end-to-end implementation of core insurance platforms in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.Key Responsibilities
Key Resposibilities:
Contribute to product vision, business architecture, and modern P&C insurance solutions.
Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases within Agile/Scrum teams.
Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and data flow modeling to define functional solutions.
Apply P&C standards such as ACORD, ISO, ERC, rating logic, and form configurations.
Lead functional testing, UAT, QA validation, and end-user training.
Facilitate workshops, client demos, and collaboration across business, technology, and leadership teams.
