We are seeking a Product Integration Engineer to lead technical partner integrations, troubleshoot APIs, and provide end-to-end technical support within our growing fintech ecosystem. If you thrive on debugging complex systems and enabling partner success, we want to hear from you.
🧩 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼
Support partners in isolating, diagnosing, reproducing, and resolving technical issues.
Troubleshoot API, SFTP, SDK, and product integration issues.
Work with developers and internal teams on pre- and post-integration issues.
Analyze logs to identify trends, root causes, and recurring issues.
Understand partner business use cases and explain products clearly.
Conduct product demos and documentation walkthroughs.
Maintain and improve integration/support documentation.
Provide Level 1 technical support and ensure timely issue resolution.
✅ 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁 𝗜𝗳 𝗬𝗼𝘂
1+ years of experience handling clients for API integrations, preferably in fintech.
FinTech experience is mandatory.
Hands-on experience with APIs, JSON, XML, and Postman.
Strong understanding of API integration, debugging, and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with at least one programming language.
Basic SQL/database query knowledge.
