Deputy General Manager Human Resources

Responsibility
Own end-to-end HR and IR operations for the factory, and keep employee relations harmonious through proactive engagement and transparent communication.
Lead union negotiations and collective-bargaining agreements, and pre-empt IR issues by reading absenteeism, attrition and morale early.
Ensure 100% statutory compliance and timely audit readiness, and manage grievance handling, disciplinary action and dispute resolution fairly.
Drive manpower planning, recruitment and workforce optimization, and oversee factory payroll, attendance and wage-cost analysis.
Partner the factory head on productivity, performance and people development, and run training and skill-building aligned to operational needs.
Drive welfare, engagement and retention across all workforce categories, and coordinate effectively with local authorities and government departments.
Lead and develop the factory HR team toward operational excellence.

Education & Experience
Master's in HR / IR / Social Work.
16+ years of factory HR experience, with exposure to large workforces and unionized environments.
Technical Skills
Knowledge of HRMS and payroll systems and command of statutory documentation and labour laws.
Proficiency in Excel-based manpower analytics.
