Position Overview
We are seeking a Civil Engineering Manager / Infrastructure Engineering professional to lead civil engineering activities and infrastructure projects from planning and design through construction. This role will ensure technical quality, project efficiency, safety, and compliance while coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, design, and delivery of civil and infrastructure projects.
Review engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical reports.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, authorities, and project stakeholders.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and technical requirements.
Provide engineering solutions for construction and site-related challenges.
Ensure projects comply with applicable engineering standards and regulations.
Manage technical risks and support project planning and resource allocation.
Lead and mentor engineering teams and junior professionals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
5+ years of experience in civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of civil design, construction, and project delivery.
Experience with infrastructure, transportation, utilities, or large-scale development projects is preferred.
Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
Professional engineering certification is an advantage.
