What you'll do
Grow your area like it's your own business
● Own the revenue and P&L for your territory, including stores, home eye tests and everything in between.
● Hit and beat targets on sales, eye-test conversions, upselling, ATV and Reach-on-Time
● Spot white spaces in your area and help decide where Lenskart opens next.
Build a team people want to be part of
● Lead store managers, optometrists and field specialists
● Coach on the floor and in the field, not from a desk
● Turn new joiners into top performers and keep your best people growing with you
Make customers fall in love with Lenskart
● Own the full customer journey, from the first eye test to the final delivery
● Turn upset customers into fans and make your area's NPS the one others benchmark against.
Run a sharp, data-driven operation
● Use live dashboards, location tracking and appointment systems to run your area in real time
● Make sure every appointment is on time, every visit is tracked, and every customer gets the same Lenskart standard

�� You're a fit if you
● Have 3–4 years of experience in retail, field sales or service operations, including time leading teams
● Love numbers and like being judged by them
● Coach people instead of chasing them
● Prefer being on the ground with your team over sitting in an office
● Stay calm when a customer is upset and a target is due tonight
⚡ What it takes
This is a high-ownership, on-the-ground role. Expect live location tracking, strict appointment timings and monthly revenue and KPI targets. If structure and accountability fire you up, you'll do very well here.
