Cluster Faculty Manager

About the role;
Lead the academic excellence of assigned GGFI centers by driving faculty performance, improving student learning outcomes, ensuring high placement percentages, and maintaining consistent delivery standards. Act as a subject matter expert by mentoring faculty, conducting specialized lectures, and strengthening the overall quality of fitness education.
Key Responsibilities;
❖ Lead and mentor Exercise Science Lecturers and Senior Lecturers across assigned centers.
❖ Monitor faculty performance through classroom observations, feedback, audits, and student outcomes.
❖ Deliver specialized and advanced lectures on complex exercise science and fitness topics as the academic Subject Matter Expert (SME).
❖ Own and improve student placement percentage by collaborating with placement and academic teams.
❖ Track student performance, learning outcomes, attendance, assessments, and batch quality.
❖ Ensure standardized curriculum delivery and academic quality across all assigned centers.
❖ Support curriculum enhancement, faculty certifications, and continuous academic improvements.
❖ Coordinate with Central Academics, Operations, and Placement teams to ensure seamless academic execution.
❖ Identify training needs and conduct Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) for lecturers.
❖ Ensure discipline, punctuality, compliance, and overall academic excellence across the cluster.
Eligibility Criteria;
Category 1: Fitness Professional Route
● Bachelor's degree.
● Certified Personal Trainer (K11, GGFI, NASM, ACE, Classic, or equivalent).
● Minimum 10 years of experience in the fitness industry.
● Minimum 5 years in a faculty, academic leadership, or training management role.
● Proven experience mentoring trainers or lecturers.
● 100% on-site availability.
Category 2: Physiotherapy Route
● Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
● Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
● Prior teaching, academic leadership, or faculty management experience preferred.
● Strong exercise science knowledge with practical fitness exposure.
● 100% on-site availability.
