The Role
We’re looking for a motivated, enthusiastic systems administrator with a passion for sustainability to work with our friendly, dynamic team to inspire people around the world to make a better future.
As part of THRIVE, you will have the opportunity to:

Key/Main Responsibilities
Manage and maintain computer systems, networks, and servers to ensure smooth operations.
Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software as needed in a predominantly Linux based environment.
Perform regular system backups and ensure data recovery processes are in place.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, providing timely resolution.
Monitor system performance, security, and implement necessary updates and patches.
Provide technical support and guidance to staff or volunteers on IT-related matters.
Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps for reference.
Collaborate with IT teams or external vendors to address complex technical challenges.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 10 years of commercial experience in DevOps environment, with capabilities in:
VM environments: Azure, CentOS, Docker
Apache, Mail, DNS, PostgreSQL
WordPress, Nextcloud, Cpanel
Networking/Security
Familiarity with CentOS, Docker, Apache, Exim, Cpanel, DNS, Nextcloud.
Development experience and a knowledge of cybersecurity are an advantage
Preferred Requirements:
Fluency in English.
Experience with cloud technologies and/or cybersecurity.
Remote with opportunity to attend in office in selected areas.
