Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Finacle DEH Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Finacle FEBA/DEH implementation, integration and production support. The candidate should have a good understanding of DEH architecture, interfaces, data exchange mechanisms and integration with internal and external banking applications.
Key Responsibilities
· Work on Finacle DEH implementation, configuration and support activities.
· Configure, manage and troubleshoot DEH interfaces and data exchange flows.
· Handle integration of Finacle with internal and external banking applications.
· Analyze and resolve interface, integration and data-related issues.
· Work with APIs, XML, JSON, Web Services and messaging frameworks.
· Support SIT/UAT testing, deployment and production activities.
· Perform issue analysis, troubleshooting and root-cause identification for integration-related problems.
· Coordinate with technical, functional and client teams for timely issue resolution.
· Prepare and maintain technical documentation, interface specifications and support documents.
· Ensure timely resolution of application and integration issues in accordance with project requirements and timelines.
Required Skills & Experience
· 3+ years of relevant experience in Finacle DEH.
· Strong understanding of DEH concepts, architecture and integration flows.
· Hands-on experience in banking application integration.
· Good understanding of APIs, XML/JSON, Web Services and messaging.
· Experience in implementation, testing, deployment and production support.
· Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Good understanding of banking application interfaces and data exchange.
· Strong communication and client-handling skills.
· Ability to work effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams.
