Senior Business Analyst with cloud experience

We are looking for exceptional Senior Business Analyst with cloud experience to work with our cross-functional team and join our world-class community of talented experts in Romania.
Main responsibilities:
•Develop detailed user stories, epics, and requirements documentation for projects across multiple domains, including Banking, Payment Gateways, ERP, CRM, Website Design, and Job Search platforms.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders, translating business needs into clear technical specifications and actionable insights.
• Mapp epics and user stories to project deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
• Create and optimize workflows for key business processes, enhancing efficiency and reducing bottlenecks across projects.
• Collaborate with US-based clients on various projects, facilitating communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.
• Mentor and monitor junior business analysts, providing guidance and oversight to ensure the successful completion of assigned tasks and adherence to best practices.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement, working with cross functional teams to implement solutions.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, liaising with development, QA, and design teams to ensure seamless execution of project requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder presentations and walkthroughs of project progress, gathering feedback and adjusting project plans as needed.
• Support the development and testing phases, ensuring that solutions met business requirements and quality standards.
Requirements:
Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst delivering large-scale on-premises to cloud migration programmes, ideally involving Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or similar cloud platforms.
Strong expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation, translating business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
experience working in Agile delivery environments, including the creation and management of epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Demonstrated experience within the banking or financial services sector, with a strong understanding of data, reporting, and regulatory requirements.
Ability to work closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to define priorities, align roadmaps, and maximise business value.
Advanced proficiency in JIRA, including backlog management, sprint planning support, user story refinement, and progress tracking.
Experience facilitating product backlog refinement sessions, ensuring requirements are well-defined, prioritised, and ready for development teams.
Strong collaboration skills with Solution Architects, Data Architects, and Technical Leads to support solution design and ensure business requirements are appropriately reflected in system architecture.
Proven ability to engage and coordinate with multiple Product Owners and stakeholder groups across business and technology functions.
Excellent Business Analysis skills, including process mapping, target operating model, data analysis, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, impact assessment, and requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
