Main responsibilities:
 Analyze business needs, processes and requirements and translate them into clear business and functional
specifications.
 Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, clarify business needs and identify solution options.
 Create Business Requirements Documents, Functional Specifications, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
 Analyze AS-IS and TO-BE processes and identify improvement opportunities.
 Perform hands-on data analysis and data investigation using SQL.
 Work with data from operational systems and Datalake environments.
 Perform ad-hoc and exploratory analysis to identify patterns, issues and inconsistencies in data.
 Validate business requirements against available data and systems.
 Create analytical models and support data-driven decision making.
 Build or contribute to dashboards and reports using BI tools.
 Support data ingestion analysis and clarify data requirements where needed.
 Collaborate with technical teams to clarify functional requirements and support solution implementation.
 Define test scenarios and support functional testing and UAT.
 Support backlog refinement, prioritization and Agile delivery.
 Prepare documentation, release notes, training materials and knowledge base documentation.
 Provide functional support during implementation and post-Go-Live.
What we are looking for :
 Experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Data Analyst or similar hybrid role.
 Strong experience with SQL and hands-on data analysis.
 Experience with at least one BI / visualization tool, ideally Power BI.
 Ability to translate business needs into clear business and functional specifications.
 Experience with requirements engineering, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
 Experience with data investigation, exploratory analysis and working with operational data.
 Good understanding of databases, information systems and system integrations.
 Experience with BPMN and AS-IS / TO-BE process modeling is a plus.
 Experience with Agile methodologies, preferably Scrum or Kanban.
 Experience with Jira and Confluence.
 Knowledge of Python for data analysis is a plus.
 Experience with Datalake, BigQuery or other data platforms is a plus.
 Experience with functional testing and UAT is a plus.
