YOUR MISSION
Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung nachhaltiger, vertrauensvoller Beziehungen zu Running-Spezialisten und ausgewählten Wholesale-Partnern in deinem Verantwortungsgebiet.
Entwicklung strategischer Partnerschaften mit relevanten Handelspartnern zur Förderung eines nachhaltigen und profitablen Umsatzwachstums.
Unterstützung unserer Handelspartner durch Produkttrainings, Sell-out-Maßnahmen, Optimierung der POS-Präsenz sowie Überwachung von Warenbeständen und Nachorderpotenzialen.
Planung, Erstellung und Durchführung zielgruppengerechter Produktschulungen für Retail-Partner und definierte Kundenstandorte.
Organisation und Umsetzung von Händler-Events, Test-&-Try-Aktivierungen sowie Sammlung und Weitergabe von Markt- und Produktfeedback an interne Stakeholder.
YOUR TALENT
Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, Außendienst, Retail, Category Management oder in einer vergleichbaren kundenorientierten Position.
Leidenschaft für Running, Sport und innovative Produkte sowie die Fähigkeit, andere dafür zu begeistern.
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Beziehungsmanagementfähigkeiten auf Englisch und Deutsch.
Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigeninitiative.
Reisebereitschaft innerhalb des zugewiesenen Gebiets sowie ein gutes Verständnis für Markt- und Kundenbedürfnisse.
