Ensure data governance, security, access control, and enterprise architecture considerations are reflected in business requirements and delivery decisions.
Provide ongoing support for enhancements, incidents, and change requests by clarifying requirements, assessing root causes, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring sustainable resolution.
