BwB is looking for a Tuvalu-based Climate Finance and Strategy Expert to support a potential assignment focused on climate strategy, investment planning, and stakeholder engagement in Tuvalu.
Postgraduate degree in a field such as engineering, economics, public policy, climate change, energy, international development, finance, or environmental management.
Experience of engaging government agencies, development partners, NGOs, the private sector, local communities and vulnerable groups.
Experience of facilitating consultations and, validation workshops, and of multi-stakeholder coordination.
Familiarity with Tuvalu's NDC 3.0 priorities and implementation context.
Availability for in-country stakeholder consultations and, monthly meetings.
At least three years' work experience in the Pacific region.
