Entgegennahme und Weiterleitung von Telefonanrufen und E-Mails
Bearbeitung der Posteingänge und -ausgänge
Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben
Organisation von Besprechungsräumen und Catering sowie interne Eventunterstützung
Sicherstellung eines ordentlichen und professionellen Erscheinungsbildes des Empfangsbereichs
Allgemeine Büroorganisation und -koordination
WAS DU MITBRINGST
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erste Erfahrung in der Empfangs- oder Kundenservicebranche von Vorteil
Freundliches, professionelles Auftreten und gute Umgangsformen
Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch B2 oder Englisch C1
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und modernen Kommunikationsmitteln
Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu koordinieren
Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und eine positive Arbeitseinstellung
