Comprising markets Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Austria, Romania, Ukraine, Serbia and Croatia, the region plays a crucial role in CRH’s global presence and growth strategy.
CRH Materials Polska is looking for a Strategy & Development Project Manager to support the M&A team in projects related to the consolidation and development of the production market.
Responsibilities
Supporting the M&A team in day-to-day activities related to potential acquisitions.
Preparing financial models and valuations of target companies.
Preparing investment materials, including investment memorandums, offers and letters of intent.
Preparing market and competitive analyses.
Supporting the identification and analysis of potential acquisition targets.
Preparing summaries, analyses and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Taking part in the strategic planning cycles.
Candidate profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
4–5 years of professional experience in a Big Four transaction team or an in-house M&A / Corporate Development team.
Experience in financial modelling, company valuations and investment analysis.
Experience in the construction, building materials or related industries will be an advantage.
Fluency in English.
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
