What you'll do
You will assess supplier performance on quality, delivery and price
You will develop alternate sources to reduce dependence on single suppliers
You will maintain vendor records and contracts
You will reconcile purchase orders, receipts and invoices with finance
You will report on savings and spend by category
You will raise enquiries and compare quotations from approved and new suppliers
Purchasing covers medical consumables, equipment and services for four units, where shortages cannot be tolerated.
Who you would work for
A hospital group's shared back-office team, covering four of its units, hiring for its purchasing team. The company has partnered with Flexiple, a managed marketplace that helps global companies build strong teams in India.
What you would bring
We are looking for 3 to 7 years in procurement or vendor management. Experience in procurement, sourcing or purchasing. Good negotiation and cost-analysis skills. Comfort with ERP purchase modules and Excel. Understanding of GST and basic import and export documentation. Certification such as CIPS or a supply-chain course would count in your favour.
Place and process
Location: Delhi or Hyderabad (on-site). Screening call, assignment, team panel, final fit conversation. There is no need to apply twice; a single application is checked against our other openings as well.
