Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
As an Assistant Night Front Desk Manager, you will oversee the night-hour supervision of the Front Office Team to ensure that Team Members are prepared and well-informed to deliver our Guests an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out. An Assistant Night Front Desk Manager is responsible for managing the first impressions of our Guests therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
Oversee Front Office operations during the night shift, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth hotel operations.
Act as the main point of contact for guests, including VIPs, resolving enquiries, complaints, and emergencies.
Complete Night Audit duties and ensure compliance with financial, cash handling, and credit control procedures.
Lead, coach, and develop the Front Office team through training, performance management, and regular feedback.
Ensure compliance with health & safety, security, fire, and company policies through regular checks and audits.
Manage staffing levels, rotas, and departmental costs to meet operational and budget requirements.
Deputise for the Front Office Manager and Hotel Management team when required, taking responsibility for the hotel overnight.
