Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves leading comprehensive evaluations of the current business environment to uncover opportunities that can deliver measurable value to clients. This role requires defining high-level customer needs and designing appropriate business solutions and frameworks to support these opportunities. The Business Architect also develops detailed business cases that align with the strategic vision, ensuring that proposed initiatives are viable and impactful. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align business objectives and drive transformation is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and sustainable growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment of goals and deliverables.
Drive the development and implementation of business strategies that support organizational objectives.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of business architecture principles and practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CPI for Data Services.
Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions within complex enterprise environments.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable plans.
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic setting.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP CPI for Data Services.
This position is based at our Gurugram office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
