At EDF power solutions, Success is Personal, giving you the freedom to make a real impact while developing your career your way.
The Opportunity
As a Business Analyst, you'll play a central role within our Business Process Transformation team, providing the analysis, business understanding and structured thinking needed to turn strategic intent into successful, adopted change. This is a hybrid role based from either our #Durham or #London office. You'll have the flexibility to work remotely, with office attendance expected as and when required to support collaboration, stakeholder engagement and business priorities.
You'll contribute to EDF power solutions' journey towards An Electric UK and Ireland by helping to identify improvement opportunities, validate business concepts, shape target operating models and build the evidence needed for investment and transformation decisions. You'll also help establish best practice business analysis standards across the organisation.

Validating business problems, concepts, assumptions and target operating model thinking before requirements gathering begins
Contributing to workshops, stakeholder engagement and requirements analysis to define clear business outcomes and delivery-ready requirements
Producing business cases, options appraisals, process analysis and recommendations for complex transformation initiatives
Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, benefits tracking and analytical reporting to support decision-making
Establishing business analysis standards, methods and best practices across the wider organisation
