S&OP Manager Europe

As S&OP Manager Europe, you will lead one of the most critical business processes across Balchem's European operations. Leading a team of planners, you will bring together Commercial, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Quality, and Product Management to ensure demand, supply, capacity, and inventory strategies remain aligned. Through strong leadership, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration, you will help drive operational excellence and support the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and continuously improve the European S&OP process, ensuring alignment between commercial plans, operational capabilities, and business priorities.
Drive demand, supply, inventory, and capacity planning across Balchem's European manufacturing network.
Facilitate cross-functional planning reviews and support executive decision-making.
Develop forecasting, reporting, and planning processes that improve visibility, performance, and business outcomes.
Lead inventory strategies that balance customer service, operational efficiency, and working capital objectives.
Monitor supply chain performance and implement actions to mitigate risks and improve service levels.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Supply Chain Planners.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on planning excellence, inventory optimization, and supply chain efficiency.
