YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a Scrum Master (Digital Transformation) to support multidisciplinary teams in the adoption and evolution of Agile practices, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and a focus on delivering value.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective).
Support teams in adopting and applying Agile methodologies.
Remove impediments and facilitate the resolution of obstacles affecting team productivity.
Promote continuous improvement through the analysis of metrics and team feedback.
Work closely with Product Owners, technical teams, and stakeholders.
Ensure transparency and visibility regarding the progress of initiatives.
Foster a culture of autonomy, collaboration, and accountability.
Support change management and the organization's Agile transformation.
Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions between teams.
YOUR PROFILE
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile teams.
Solid knowledge of the Scrum framework and Agile principles.
Experience facilitating ceremonies and workshops.
Ability to manage conflict and foster alignment across teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Good command of English.
NICE TO HAVE
Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent).
Experience in digital transformation environments.
Knowledge of Kanban, SAFe, Lean, or other Agile methodologies.
Experience with software development and/or infrastructure teams.
Background in Management, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
