Advise senior leaders on communications strategy, messaging, content, audience needs, and employee experience.
Prepare executives for major internal moments, including agendas, briefings, presentations, talking points, and rehearsals.
Develop communications plans and employee programs that support key business and engagement priorities.

Partner across the company to bring communications, programs, and events to life.
Lead agencies, vendors, contractors, and production partners, including scopes, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
Anticipate risks and issues that could affect employees, events, or communications and plan accordingly.
Use employee feedback, participation, and communications performance to measure results and improve future work.
Identify new tools and approaches to strengthen Crunchyroll’s internal communications and employee experiences.
About You
8+ years in internal or corporate communications, including employee programs and high-visibility events, within a global organization.
Strong writing and editorial skills, including executive communications, presentations, talking points, and employee-facing content.

Track record of independently leading complex communications and employee programs involving senior executives and multiple teams.
Strong judgment and confidence advising senior leaders and building alignment across teams without direct authority.
Skilled in managing agencies, production partners, vendors, budgets, timelines, and event logistics.
