Job Description
Who You'll Work With
Arista Networks, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Contracts Lead to join its commercial legal team. This position will focus on assisting with responses to public tenders, RFPs, public and private solicitations, routine drafting of high-volume agreements as well as supporting the contracts lifecycle management process, and administration of other commercial contract matters. It requires working cross-functionally with other departments throughout the organization both domestically and internationally, moving projects forward as the key legal stakeholder.
What You'll Do
Serve as the primary legal point of contact and responder for Indian public tenders/RFPs, private RFPs, vendor and due diligence questionnaires.
Handle high-volume drafting including MAFs/LOAs, NDAs, evaluation agreements, participation agreements and other channel agreements to support Arista’s sales and partner organizations.
Work directly with all teams and departments at Arista to manage intake and tracking of all commercial legal contract requests.
Manage all aspects of Arista’s contracts lifecycle management process starting at template and contract generation through execution and filing.
Data entry and analytics to provide visibility on overall commercial activity at Arista.
Qualifications
1-3 years of proven and relevant experience working as Contracts administrator/manager with a top tier MNC or reputed corporate house.
Hands-on experience navigating GeM (Government of India e-Marketplace) and other electronic tendering portals and/or experience with Indian government tendering processes and bid related documentation.
Hands-on experience with drafting, negotiating and managing basic commercial contracts.
Proficiency with legal and business technologies, such as DocuSign, Microsoft Office, G-Suite, Zoom, Salesforce.com, Egnyte, and Adobe.
Demonstrates, commitment, positive, integrity and transparency.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A team player who is comfortable working closely with all Arista organizations and departments at any level upto executive management.
Demonstrated experience as a motivated contributor who shows initiative and is willing to provide independent judgment and strategic thinking.
Quick learner, with excellent time management and prioritization skills, who is familiar with setting appropriate expectations in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with cloud services and enterprise software is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with enterprise software specifically, Salesforce, G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and Adobe.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and open to a flexible time schedule.
