Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyse business requirements
Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Support the delivery of Salesforce-based solutions
Monitor project deliverables and ensure alignment with business objectives
