Overview
The Technology Pod runs technology operations for HR Solutions (HRS) — system updates and release readiness, Org Studio, mass data loads (EIBs), rescinded and corrected transactions, and the transactional activity behind mass organizational change. That remit is expanding. Workday configuration and a broader set of HR Technology activities will transition to the Technology Pod over time, and contributing to that transition is central to this role: identifying what moves and in what sequence, supporting the build of the roadmap, capability and resourcing needed to bring it across. . The role also resolves complex system and process problems, and is accountable for the delivery of global technology projects alongside HR Solutions leadership, and works with the HR Solutions AI Enablement team to apply AI and automation to Technology Pod delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery & Technical Expertise:
· Apply comprehensive business, process, and technical expertise to elevate HR Solutions services, delivering a best-in-class experience for our end users
· Optimize the Tech Pod's operational effectiveness (e.g., Org Studio, EIBs, Re-Orgs etc), anticipating and resolving complex problems across the team and partnering teams
Partnership & Cross-Functional Delivery:
· Partner with HR COEs and the HR Technology Team to resolve complex technology problems, acting as an advocate for continuous improvement in HR Solutions processes and services, and identify opportunities to expand HR Solutions scope
· Contribute to the creation of a roadmap to transition additional HR Technology Team tasks to HR Solutions, and support the transition of HR Technology Team work into the HR Solutions Technology Pod — identifying the associated risks and resourcing requirements.
· Supporting HR Solutions on cross-functional global projects (e.g., ACR, Job Architecture, HR Chat), collaborating with stakeholders and driving delivery across multiple HR Solutions teams — maintaining key relationships across business areas and serving as a key resource within HR Technology
Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
· Partner with the HR Solutions AI enablement team to expand and apply the AI and automation agenda across Tech Pod delivery and the wider HR Solutions workstreams to improve and optimize operational effectiveness
· Use technology and AI to t raise visibility of HR Solutions services and support, including in-the-moment communications for how-to’s and new service launches
End User Experience Focus:
· Accountable for the identification internal and external end user experience requirements alongside HRS Leadership, and contribute to the development of solutions and services that meet evolving needs — supporting the expansion of HR Solutions scope where new opportunities emerge
Project Management:
· Responsible for contribution to organizational level projects, with the opportunity to lead medium scale initiatives with the HRS team
· Deliver a capacity plan for the Tech Pod, based on in-depth analysis of team resourcing and demand
Requirements
Experience & Technical Expertise:
· Demonstrated experience supporting system configuration, process automation, or technology-enabled service delivery within an HR Shared Services or Center of Excellence environment
· Experience in contributing and deliveringglobal technology projects, including planning, communication,
· Demonstrated experience in change management.
· High level of data literacy, with comfort in data analysis, interpretation, and presentation
Business & Stakeholder Impact:
· Comprehensive business acumen with a proven track record of delivering results
· Experience in maintaining effective business partnerships and working relationships across teams, with influence and collaboration — including negotiation, stakeholder relations
· Strong customer service mindset
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify and convey complex issues to varied audiences
· Exceptional decision-making skills, with the ability to assess risks and opportunities
Qualifications & Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
· Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR or HRIS experience

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
€32,250 - €82,610
Full-time equivalent employees may also be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
