The Regional HSE Manager serves as a regional subject matter expert and strategic partner, providing specialized Health, Safety, and Environmental support across all operating companies within an assigned geographic region. This position does not directly supervise employees but works collaboratively with HSE Directors, Senior HSE Managers, HSE Managers, operations leadership, and project teams to promote consistency, share best practices, resolve complex issues, and drive continuous improvement. The Regional HSE Manager acts as a technical resource and organizational influencer, helping ensure regional alignment with corporate HSE objectives.

What it takes?
7+ years of progressive HSE experience
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Sciences, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Advanced technical knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management, and industry best practices
OSHA 500 Certification
Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by Michels Review Team
Ability to travel, with minimal lead time, in response to HSE needs.
