Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role requires managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. The engineer works closely with various teams to align solutions with organizational goals, utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and optimize functionality. Continuous monitoring and adaptation to changing business needs are integral parts of daily activities, fostering a seamless user experience and operational efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the application environment.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
Experience with configuration and customization of packaged or software as a service applications.
Strong understanding of application release management and system stability practices.
Familiarity with using standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms for solution development.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues in a collaborative environment.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
This position is based at our Mumbai office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
