As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. The position demands setting and maintaining high standards for development practices, ensuring that the software produced is scalable, performs efficiently, and aligns closely with the strategic goals of the organization. Strong expertise in software architecture design and implementation within custom software environments.
Experience in managing and guiding software development teams through complex project lifecycles.
Ability to evaluate and improve code quality, scalability, and system performance.
Skilled in integrating business objectives with technical solutions to deliver effective software products.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
