We are looking for an accounts professional to lead the finance and accounts function, own the books of accounts, statutory compliance and month-end closing, and manage a small team.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
* Own end-to-end accounting: GL, AP, AR, fixed assets and month-end / year-end closing
* Prepare and review monthly financial statements, MIS, budgets vs actuals and variance analysis
* Ensure timely GST, TDS/TCS, ITC and other statutory filings and compliance
* Manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, vendor payments and working capital tracking
* Oversee marketplace, payment gateway and AR reconciliations and resolve commercial leakages
* Manage inventory accounting, costing and stock reconciliation with operations
* Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants and CA firms for statutory, tax and internal audits
* Support due diligence, investor reporting and data-room readiness
* Review, guide and upskill the finance executives on the team
* Drive process improvements, controls and automation using ERP and AI tools like Claude etc
Qualification: CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA Finance / M.Com
Looking for: Strong accounting and compliance knowledge, hands-on ERP experience (Tally, Marg etc), good understanding of GST and TDS, team-handling ability, and preferably experience in a D2C / E-commerce business environment.
