We are seeking a Senior Client Operations Manager to join IQVIA Laboratories in Marietta, Georgia.

Job Summary:
Manage and strengthen strategic client relationships while overseeing operational and financial delivery across a global portfolio of projects. Partner with client and internal teams to establish effective governance, improve portfolio performance, and ensure consistently high-quality service throughout the project lifecycle.
What You'll Be Doing:
Establish close working relationships with global project teams, Business Development, operational teams, and CRO counterparts to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery
Develop client governance structures and meeting cadences that provide clear visibility into account and portfolio health
Lead client-specific operational committees and keep senior management informed of portfolio status, progress, risks, and actions
Review lessons learned, best practices, client requirements, budgets, KPIs, service-level agreements, customer feedback, and Master Service Agreement commitments
Define, communicate, and maintain client standards while proactively managing changes to requirements
Track performance metrics and service-level agreements, identifying and implementing process improvements that strengthen service delivery
Develop clear communication plans and facilitate client calls, portfolio reviews, bid defenses, capabilities presentations, and audits as needed
Ensure work is performed in accordance with the ICH E6 Guideline for Good Clinical Practice
What We Are Looking For:
A bachelor’s degree in sciences or a related field is preferred
7 years of clinical or research industry experience, including 5 years project management experience, is preferred
Knowledge of global operations and project services functions within the clinical research or laboratory services environment
Experience managing budgets, KPIs, service-level agreements, client requirements, and Master Service Agreement commitments
Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients
Strong sense of urgency and commitment to delivering high-quality project management

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $83,000.00 - $173,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
