Area Sales OfficerJob Summary:**The Area Sales Officer at PPL Pharma Inc. will be responsible for achieving sales targets and expanding market share within a designated territory. This role involves building strong client relationships, promoting pharmaceutical products, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.Job Responsibilities:*** Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for pharmaceutical products within the designated area.* Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.* Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities to present product information, address inquiries, and provide solutions tailored to client needs.* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients and market segments, to expand PPL Pharma Inc.'s reach.* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.* Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and other required documentation.* Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and industry conferences to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.* Manage and negotiate pricing and contracts within established company guidelines.* Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.Job Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.* Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.* Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including product knowledge, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.* Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
