$35–$39/hr + $120/day Per Diem (Work 6, Paid 7)
Start Date: 10/26
Duration of Little Rock project: Approx. 6-12 months
Schedule: Six 10-hour shifts, Monday–Saturday
Overview
We’re seeking experienced Foremen with strong welding and ironwork backgrounds to lead crews on a structural retrofit project in Little Rock, AR. The work focuses on reinforcing an existing building rather than new steel erection, and it takes place entirely indoors.
What You’ll Do
Lead a crew on structural reinforcement work
Plan daily work and keep the job on schedule
Keep the site safe and the crew productive
Work hands-on as needed
What We Need
6+ years of ironworker experience
Foreman or lead experience
Strong welding background; retrofit or reinforcement experience preferred
Knowledge of D1.1 and/or D1.8 welding
Able to read structural drawings
Able to work 60 hours/week
OSHA 10 or 30 preferred
What You Get
$35–$39/hr DOE
$120/day per diem (work 6, paid 7)
Mileage paid
Paid holidays after 90 days
