We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Consultant to design, build, integrate, and support scalable enterprise applications across complex business environments. You will lead technical delivery on Service Cloud and contact-center solutions, work closely with architects and business stakeholders, and mentor developers on a global onshore/offshore team. This role suits someone who combines deep platform expertise with strong consulting, integration, and production-support skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Development
Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flow, and SOQL/SOSL.
Build custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and Lightning App Builder configurations to meet complex business requirements.
Implement asynchronous processing using Future methods, Queueable Apex, Batch Apex, and Scheduled jobs for large-scale data processing and integrations.
Apply bulkification, query optimization, and governor limit best practices to ensure performance and scalability.
Service Cloud & Contact Center
Implement and enhance Service Cloud, Service Cloud Voice (SCV), Omni-Channel, and Case Management solutions.
Integrate Salesforce with Amazon Connect, including IVR, Contact Flows, Queues, Routing, Profiles, CTI, Screen Pop, Call Attribution, and agent workflows.
Optimize agent experience and contact-center operations.
Integration & Event-Driven Architecture
Build and support REST/SOAP integrations using Named Credentials, OAuth, and JSON orchestration.
Implement Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and event-driven patterns for real-time enterprise integrations.
Work with MuleSoft API-led connectivity (System, Process, and Experience APIs).
Security & Compliance
Design and maintain security models using Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, OWD, Role Hierarchy, and Field-Level Security.
Build compliance-focused workflows with strong auditability (experience in public sector or Child Welfare programs is a plus).
DevOps & Delivery
Manage CI/CD pipelines, managed package deployments, release management, and environment promotion strategies.
Conduct code reviews and maintain technical documentation.
Provide production support, root-cause analysis, and ongoing performance tuning for mission-critical systems.
