You will demonstrate leadership with various stakeholders on strategic, complex, and innovative initiatives and projects. More specifically, you will:
Support developers in adopting and mastering technologies
Inspire your colleagues to excel
Stay up to date with technological trends
Ensure the analysis and development of software products, including design, coding, testing, and operations
Define development methods and share them across the teams you lead

Professional experience as a Tech Lead
Proficiency in French is required
Strong expertise in Java, Spring, Angular, TypeScript, microservices architecture, databases, and more
Knowledge of cloud platforms and DevSecOps development practices
