Job Description
Utility operation & maintenance:
HVAC,water system, chiller, boiler,air compresser.
Plant maintenance, preventive& breakdown maintenance planning & execution.
Project execution including installation, commissioning, qualification & execution.
Utility validation, equipment qualification & documentation as per cGMP requirements.
Calibration management of instruments with master planner update & vendor coordination.
QMS activities: SOP, deviation, CAPA, change control & audit compliance.
Spare parts planning, purchase requisition, work orders.
Regulatory audit support (USFDA, WHO, EDQM & RFDA ) with cGMP compliance.
Handle validation and project work qualifications of HVAC system.
Handling of manpower including vendor coordination as well.
