Job Summary:
Deploys, supports, and maintains standardized technology environments at job sites and offices. Implements Meraki network equipment, conference room systems, and endpoint configurations in accordance with enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Deploys and configures jobsite network equipment and connectivity solutions.
Installs and maintains field hardware, workstations, mobile devices, and site infrastructure.
Troubleshoots and resolves site-level technical issues per service standards.
Maintains asset tracking, recovery, and documentation within established systems.
Supports project startup and closeout technology requirements.
Coordinates escalations with Infrastructure and Service Delivery teams.
Ensures field environments adhere to enterprise security and configuration standards.
Education Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience considered.
Work Experience:
2–4 years of experience in IT field support, networking, or systems administration required.
Certifications and Licenses:
Networking or IT service management certification preferred.
Successful completion of a background check is required.
Additional Job Description:
Based at a jobsite in Allentown, supporting a dedicated project team at a large construction project.
Provide hands-on technical support for end-user and field technologies, including laptops, mobile devices, conference room technology, printers, peripherals, and related systems.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot networking technologies, including firewalls, switches, access points, VLANs, DHCP/DNS, and other jobsite network infrastructure.
Own technical issues through resolution, including troubleshooting, escalation, and coordination with other IT teams or vendors as needed.
Partner with project team leadership to support technology needs associated with mobilizations, site changes, workforce growth, and ongoing operations.
Build strong relationships with project teams, regional leadership, and other business partners by providing responsive support and taking ownership of the overall technology experience.
On-Site position, no remote or hybrid option.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
