Job Description: Ownership of the data and AI product roadmap and backlog for two squads, within the data and AI organisation of a global pharmaceutical company. Fast-paced setting with shifting plans and competing demands from several business areas, calling for firm prioritisation and confident pushback. Definition of acceptance criteria and definition of done in a GxP-regulated environment, plus close collaboration with engineering and data teams on what gets built.
Must-Have
5+ years of end-to-end data or AI product management, with real accountability for the roadmap
Mandatory background in pharma or regulated manufacturing, such as GMP, GxP, medical devices or equivalent
Track record in global or multi-country organisations
Hands-on knowledge of modern data platforms: Databricks, cloud data warehousing, dbt and BI
Enough technical depth to discuss solutions with engineering on equal footing
Ownership of what gets built, well beyond backlog administration for a single application
Assertive profile, at ease with senior stakeholders and frequent changes in priorities
Fluent English
Availability for monthly business travel
