Role Description
This is a remote independent contract role for a Success Consultant. The Success Consultant will be responsible for client communication via a discovery process, onboarding processes, providing ongoing support, and helping clients achieve their personal and business goals. Daily tasks include conducting phone/virtual consultations, developing personalised success plans, and offering guidance on leveraging our online business model. Success Consultants will also attend regular training and contribute to continuous improvement of both themselves and their team.
Qualifications
Experience in client communication and virtual consultation
Skills in developing personalised success plans and goal-setting
Ability to guide clients through onboarding processes
Experience in providing ongoing support and client management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Leadership and personal development skills
Experienced in leveraging online business models and transformation coaching
Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or related field is a plus
